Description1 sumi-e on paper done by a Topaz art student of Chiura Obata. Scene of Topaz camp, image of barracks with woman, man and child with their suitcases. It looks like they are waiting to leave. Tones are all done in black, gray, and white. Japanese signature needs translation.
