Description1 yanagi gori (basket trunk) : bamboo ; top 25 x 14 x 10.25 in., bottom 24 x 13 x 9.75 in.;Bamboo yanagi gori or kori basket is composed of top and bottom pieces woven in diagonal pattern with edges wrapped vertically to form a 1 in. lip. The top basket fits completely over the bottom basket. Corners are rounded; bottom basket corners are worn with two large holes; top basket corners have holes and are reinforced with light brown cotton fabric across 2 short ends.
